Centre sanctions Rs 3 crore for Valmikinagar tiger reserve

PTI | 08:12 PM,Dec 07,2011 Patna, Dec 7 (PTI) The Centre has sanctioned Rs three crores to Valmikinagar Tigers Reserve (VTR) for putting in quality infrastructure and develop the place as a tourist attraction, Bihar Tourism Minister Sunil Kumar Pintu said today. The funds will be used for laying down various infrastructure, like toilet, landscaping, cleanliness and other facilities at the VTR, he said in reply to a question in the Legislative Council.
